I love stuff like this. Being able to get perks from outside the game while you're farting doing other things is a great way to draw in people.
No kidding, plus it's a good entry point into the massive amount of lore that went into this series. I foresee a really great IP on Bioware's hands.
Heh! I just hate that I'm waiting until after Christmas to get this. I put a bunch of games on my Christmas list and I don't want to buy something for myself only to find that a second copy is waiting under the tree.

*laughs* I guess I could re-gift to friends, in that case. :P
I hope this game will be on xbox 360 soon.
Origins will be out November 3rd, only a couple of weeks to go until I can immerse myself into another RPG world for hundreds of hours like I did with Fallout 3.
@arislyn You could always read the books too
There's a reason I haven't checked that out yet. I know myself, and I won't stop playing it until the game comes out. I also have Gamefly, and it would be waste of my money if I don't actually play the games they send me. Plus, I'm pretty sure my ISP has bandwidth caps.
@mykalgaidin D: @ bandwidth caps
Heh--maybe I will play this.

Though, I am not sure if I will be playing Dragon Age: Origins. This is the first I have heard of this game.
@KatrinaTheLamia :O
That's the nicest most positive thing I've seen you post!
Usually you're all >:(, which makes me all ;_;, but this was kinda :).
I'm still :O
Hahaha, it's really pretty good as far as Flash games are concerned. And in all honesty, as far as marketing is concerned, this game is an epoch-maker. Never before has a Flash game tied in to a console release so close that it unlocks additional content for you. Will be posting a review of this very soon over at Geekspective.com.
@xoaks Yeah, well i'm personally wondering if the books will be counted as part of the continuity, as from what I've heard, the Diablo books don't count as part of the continuity.
@Shademonger And yeah, the Flash game is awesome. Easily the best flash game I've ever played.
Just to let you know, there's a gamerDNA entry for it.

And if there weren't one when you wrote this, you still could've added it yourself ;)
And here's my entry (the right one, as it's a flash game)
Why a PC game is coming to an xbox 360 system?
@ellerkermike I'm kinda lost on why you're asking this question?
@Fallout2Forever Considering the characters in the books (who are still alive SPOILERS) are in the game....
And further considering the same author wrote all the fiction (both the books and the game)....
@xoaks Like I said in another topic, are the books actually going to be considered canon?
Bioware used the same author because it's canon. Like Mass Effect and it's books.
@xoaks Wow! That's freakin awesome!
